ABOUT THE CLUB
A School-Based Platform for Student Growth
K12 Hunar Club is a structured, student-led initiative established in partnership with schools. It gives students a dedicated space to explore interests, build practical capabilities, collaborate with peers, and turn ideas into meaningful action.
K12 Hunar provides the Club framework, activity resources, opportunity access, and implementation support, while the school provides guidance and supervision. Together, they create an environment where students can learn, create, lead, and grow.

HOW IT WORKS
One Club, Adapted to Every School
K12 Hunar works with each school to create a Club structure aligned with its students, priorities, schedule, and available resources.
Plan Together
Understand the school's goals, student interests, available resources, and preferred schedule.
Build the Club
Select a Faculty Advisor, form the student team, define responsibilities, and prepare the activity plan.
Learn and Create
Conduct skill sessions, collaborative projects, challenges, expert interactions, and student-led activities.
Showcase Progress
Give students opportunities to present projects, share their learning, and celebrate meaningful contributions.
Review and Grow
Gather feedback, review participation and outcomes, and improve the Club plan for the next cycle.
Clubs may operate weekly, fortnightly, term-wise, or through focused project cycles, depending on the school's requirements.

Faculty Advisor
Represents the school, guides student leaders, coordinates schedules, and ensures activities follow school policies.
Student Leadership Team
Plans activities, manages communication, coordinates members, and leads the Club's projects and initiatives.
Leadership roles may include:President · Vice President · Secretary · Events · Outreach · Media
Club Members
Participate in activities, contribute to projects, collaborate with peers, and follow the Club's shared guidelines.
K12 Hunar Team
Provides the Club framework, activity resources, implementation guidance, selected opportunities, and periodic support.
The leadership structure can be adapted to the school's size, needs, and existing student-governance system.
A RESPONSIBLE CLUB ENVIRONMENT
Student Safety Comes First
K12 Hunar Club activities are planned with participating schools to support an age-appropriate, inclusive, and responsibly supervised experience.
External speakers, mentors, and contributors participate through activities coordinated with the school and K12 Hunar.
