Operations & Project Management Intern

As an Operations & Project Management Intern, you will serve as a central coordination point between different teams, including Marketing & Growth, Community & Programs, Design, and Technology. You will help track tasks, organize meetings, maintain documentation, monitor deadlines, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently. This role provides valuable exposure to startup operations, leadership, project management, recruitment, and strategic execution.

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments
• Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interns and team leads
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and operational documentation
• Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist in onboarding and managing internship records
• Monitor team performance and project completion status
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Support planning and execution of programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Assist founders with operational and strategic projects
• Ensure accountability and timely execution of assigned tasks
• Prepare weekly operational reports and progress updates
• Help establish efficient workflows and management processes

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interest in project management, operations, leadership, or entrepreneurship
• Available for a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
