Market Research Internship

Job overview

As a Market Research Intern, you will work closely with the Community & Programs Team to identify high-impact opportunities for students, research new program ideas, support community initiatives, and contribute to the growth of K12 Hunar's student ecosystem. You will help connect students with competitions, scholarships, workshops, mentorship programs, career guidance sessions, and other developmental opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop mentorship programs that support the academic, personal, and career growth of K-12 students.
• Identify, verify, and maintain a database of scholarships, competitions, internships, and other student opportunities.
• Support the planning, launch, and expansion of K12 Hunar Clubs in partner schools.
• Conduct market research on schools, education trends, student needs, and competitor initiatives to generate actionable insights.
• Identify and connect with mentors, educational institutions, NGOs, and industry partners to strengthen the K12 Hunar ecosystem.
• Prepare research reports, maintain organized documentation, and present findings to the leadership team.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to enhance student engagement, school partnerships, and K12 Hunar programs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in any discipline.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Passion for education, student development, and creating social impact.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and productivity.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a fast-growing startup.
