Responsibilities
Reach out to schools across India and build strong relationships with principals
Pitch K12 Hunar's platform and explain its value proposition to schools
Follow up with high-priority leads and convert them into onboarded partners
Coordinate with schools for onboarding, profile creation, and documentation
Maintain and update partnership data in CRM/tracking sheets
Track outreach progress and share weekly updates with the team
Collaborate with the market research team to identify new partnership opportunities
Support planning and coordination of events, competitions, and school engagements
Address school queries and provide timely support during onboarding
Identify new collaboration opportunities to expand K12 Hunar's network
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; preference for Business, Marketing, or Education-related fields)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outreach to schools/principals
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships is a plus
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge is a bonus)
Willingness to travel locally for school visits, if required
Passion for education and interest in the K-12 ecosystem
